Author's Comments

This song is my last completed song of 2004, written and typed. It was supposed to be about my ex--who I still have feelings for, but when I read it again about a minute ago, I now see it as a metaphor of my memories, the painful and the beautiful, in 2004. I hope you enjoy it!

**2009 Update: I finally found a melody that works for this song! Too bad I don't create music anymore... But this is exactly how I broke up with my first boyfriend. I cried profusely into the bend of his neck. Our last kiss was the only good kiss we ever had. He was a terrible kisser. All mouth. Ugh. Haha!

aw man, my ex had blue eyes too. like the most beautiful blue eyes i've ever seen. i miss him alot, but its not worth the hell he put me through.
but its FUCKING NEW YEARS MAN! out with the old shit, in with the new right? good ones come and go, but they make room for the better ones, eh?
anyway, i really liked it, it was all moving and shit.....right on

GOD! I would hate to have a new guy with blue eyes! Then I'd start comparing him to my last boyfriend and how I used to stare into his eyes and think about screwin his brains out........I would get dumped so fast.
HECK YEA IT'S NEW YEARS! Your philosophy is my philosophy(I realized this 2 days ago, because I know I have no chance with my ex ever again)!
